Emma’s Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez and Chef de Cuisine Ralph Montes have collaborated on a multi-course pairing menu, highlighting the gastronomy of Mexico’s Guadalajara region and specially designed to enhance the experience of sipping El Tequileño’s world-class tequilas.

6-7PM: Exclusive “Meet the Maker” reception in the Hotel Emma Courtyard for just 20 guests, who’ll not only have the opportunity to speak with Global Brand Ambassador Georgina Salles and Master Distiller Tony Salles, but will also receive a complimentary signed bottle of El Tequileño.
6:30-7PM: Cocktail Hour with Hotel Emma’s signature La Babia Margarita
7-9PM: Dinner with commentary from our chefs and makers
