Located in the basement of Pearl’s Bottling Department food hall, Jazz TX serves up nights that celebrate a broad spectrum of captivating musical genres — from vibrant jazz and salsa to blues, big band, and Texas swing tunes — showcased by some of the most talented artists in the state. Here, the spirit of Texas meets the soul of jazz with seven weekly shows (one show per night from Tuesday to Thursday and two shows on Friday and Saturday nights).

Jazz TX owner and bandleader Doc Watson has graced the stage with his versatile piano skills and swinging sound since 2015. With his melodic finesse and natural charm, Doc infuses the club with its signature positive energy and feeling of community. Catch his exclusive performances each week, where he’s accompanied by his trio of musicians or his ten-piece orchestra.
