Hotel Emma at Pearl is honored and humbled to be recognized by the 2024 MICHELIN Guide as one of the most outstanding hotels in the world. This year, Emma has been awarded a prestigious Two Key designation, the only hotel in San Antonio to earn this distinction for going above and beyond in architecture, service, personality, value, and guest experience.

Hotel Emma at Pearl has been recognized across three categories in the U.S. News & World Report 2024 Best Hotels in the USA Rankings: #1 Best San Antonio Hotel, #1 Best Texas Hotel, and #13 Best Hotels in the USA. For the 2023 Fodor’s Finest Hotel Awards, our historic property is recognized among the “92 Most Incredible Hotels in the World” as one of the best hotels in the U.S., with Fodor’s Travel editors hailing Emma’s South Texas tastes as “some of the most refined in the state.”

For the sixth consecutive year, Hotel Emma at Pearl has been recognized in the travel platform’s annual Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best as #11 of the Top 25 Hotels in the U.S. and one of just two properties in the state of Texas.

USA TODAY Travel shared the city of San Antonio and historic Hotel Emma at Pearl among their picks for “Unconventional romantic getaway destinations for Valentine’s Day weekend.” The distinctive atmosphere of our hometown was likened to “being in another era.”
