Savor the signature flavors of the hotel with a multi-course menu prepared by Chef John Brand in collaboration with the Emma chefs, and raise your glass to the thoughtful wine pairings provided by our guest of honor for the evening, Master Sommelier Craig Collins. Craig will be showcasing wines from France, Italy, Argentina, and the U.S. to accompany each course. The featured wines will be available to purchase post-dinner, along with an assortment of bottles Craig hand-selected.
