ABOUT

Join us as we celebrate the rich Texas history and tradition of brewing beer. Along with the Hotel Emma Culinary Team, four brewmasters from across the state will come together for a reception, followed by dinner in our Elephant Cellar, which is named for the large beer tanks that line the room’s walls. Enjoy beer from Dorcol Distilling & Brewing Company, Southerleigh Brewing, Equal Parts Brewing, and 3 Nations Brewing.
