You’re invited to an exclusive dinner party led by our longtime friend and collaborator Jonathan Perno, Executive Chef at Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm. Chef Perno — a six-time James Beard Award nominee, including Best Chef: Southwest — will join our very own Chef Brand to prepare a multi-course menu showcasing indigenous Native American ingredients inspired by the San Antonio Missions’ ancient farming practices.
