This summer, the Pearl will be welcoming its newest restaurant concept, Ladino, to our historic neighborhood. To celebrate this impending occasion, we’re thrilled to host Executive Chef Berty Richter at Emma to debut the boldly flavorful cuisine we’ll soon be savoring around the tables at Ladino. Join us for a multi-course feast of regional delicacies — from indulgent dips and freshly made pita to authentic meze and roasted lamb shoulder — paired with a selection of rare Mediterranean wines.

About the Chef: Born and raised in Israel, Berty is the Executive Chef and owner of TLV in Austin and his new concept Ladino, opening at the Pearl this summer. The classically trained chef has worked in the kitchens of luxury hotels and fine NYC restaurants like Tribeca Grill, Montrachet, and Blue Water Grill. Berty will be joining us to preview Ladino’s vibrant cuisine with a multi-course feast featuring plentiful meze, charcoal-grilled meats, and Mediterranean wine pairings.

$225 per person, plus tax and gratuity. $50 from the price of each ticket will be donated to the San Antonio Food Bank.
