Join Executive Chef Jorge Hernández and other local tastemakers at Peeler Farms for the Field Guide Festival’s Ploughman’s Picnic, a three-course picnic dinner served in the pastures of the Peeler family’s 3,000 acres in Floresville, Texas. Chef Hernández will be presiding over the main course for the evening, which will feature farm-raised meat cooked over smokers and open fire grills, and seasonally inspired side dishes.
