Hotel Emma is delighted to partner with our friends at the San Antonio Botanical Garden for Barr Hill’s annual Bee’s Knees Week, the largest sustainability initiative in the spirits industry, celebrating the classic Prohibition cocktail and the great significance of bees in our collective ecosystem.
Come meet today’s guest of honor Maeve Bassett, the San Antonio Botanical Garden’s resident ethnobotanist and Conservation Program Specialist, and learn more about what you can do to support bee and plant conservation. Remember, a portion of proceeds from every Bee’s Knees cocktail sold during the week will be donated to the Botanical Garden.
