In our continued celebration of Women’s History Month, we are excited to welcome Mattison Bills, founder and owner of San Marcos-based butcher shop and grocer Three Six General. She’ll be sharing some of her most popular bites, including hot pastrami and the famous smoked chicken salad. If you have an appetite for even more, head over to the Pearl’s Food Hall at Bottling Department and visit Three Six General for lunch or dinner service.
