Join us as we fire up the grill for this special al fresco event! We’ll be welcoming our friends from Balcones Distilling and Still Austin Whiskey Co. to share tastes of their Bourbons. We’ll also be hosting our friends from Pinthouse Brewing and Real Ale Brewing Co. to showcase samples of their South-Texas beers. Hotel Emma’s Chef de Cuisine Amaris Diaz will be behind the grill out in the Courtyard, firing up beef shishito skewers, fish Veracruz on a stick, and seasonal fruits and vegetables, while Pastry Chef Sofia Tejeda prepares festive desserts in our indoor Expo Kitchen.
