All throughout the month of July, we’re celebrating the talented chefs in our kitchen. Each week, we’ll be featuring tasting experiences that will highlight the work of our skilled Emma culinarians, or feature an exclusive surprise and delight for the summer. Join us on Friday for a “sweet with Sofi”, Hotel Emma’s very own Pastry Chef and newly selected as one of six chef ambassadors to represent San Antonio as a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy!
