We’re excited to announce that our own Executive Chef Ned Elliott will be representing Hotel Emma at Pearl at the popular Culinary Hidden Gems Tasting, hosted by the San Antonio Hotel & Lodging Association.

Hotel chefs from around the Alamo City will be showcasing their talents and participating in a special competition for the best happy-hour food and drink, chosen by a panel of celebrity judges from our local culinary community.
