ABOUT
Join us for an unforgettable evening of gastronomy and tequila craftsmanship on Saturday, April 27th at 6:30 PM in our Courtyard at Hotel Emma.
In celebration of Fiesta San Antonio 2024, Emma’s Executive Chef Ned Elliott and Tequila Casa Dragones present a meticulously crafted four-course menu, with pairings of the four expressions of Casa Dragones sipping tequilas. Dive into the rich heritage of Tequila Casa Dragones to explore the unique, complex notes of their blue agave spirits and learn more about the inspiration behind each pairing.
Casa Dragones is a small batch sipping tequila producer with the mission of crafting extraordinary tequila. Founded in San Miguel de Allende in 2009, Casa Dragones is committed to exceptional quality and taste, modern production, and authentic Mexican craftsmanship. Casa Dragones was co-founded by the world’s first female “Maestra Tequilera,” or Master Distiller, Bertha González Nieves. Casa Dragones offers four styles of uniquely smooth ultra-premium sipping tequilas: Blanco, Joven, Añejo, and Reposado.
