We’re excited to announce that our own Executive Chef Ned Elliott will be representing Hotel Emma at Pearl in the VIP section of the upcoming Zoo-La-La! A Taste of San Antonio, presented by Higginbotham. During the one-night, adult-only fundraiser, Chef Ned will be preparing wagyu nigiri with caviar alongside his fellow chefs from more of our city’s premier restaurants.
