Our two circa-1883 cast iron fermentation tanks and our mezzanine booths are available by reservation only and the deadline to reserve is Sunday, December 17. Guests of Hotel Emma will receive first priority and all guests will be held to a minimum spend, plus taxes and gratuity. Reservations include complimentary Champagne and oysters.

Sternewirth will be open from 12PM to 2AM. General admission of $25 per person begins at 8pm. Wristbands are required, and you must be 21 to enter.
