Every Friday, our culinary team will be serving up special tastings of seasonally driven dishes and mindfully sourced ingredients from our local farm partners. Today, we’re offering smoked salmon toast with salmon that’s smoked cold in house, dill cream cheese, shaved avocado, and red onion on toasted sourdough.
