Every Friday, our culinary team will be serving up special tastings of seasonally driven dishes and mindfully sourced ingredients from our local farm partners. Today, we’re offering Lunar New Year dumplings filled with pork and shiitake mushrooms, served with shoyu dipping sauce and garlic chili oil.
