The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America® (presented by Capital One) brings together chefs, special guests, and diners from across the country to celebrate the local independent restaurants at the heart of our communities. The Hotel Emma team is thrilled to host an intimate gathering at our riverfront property, featuring a multi-course menu created by TasteTwenty host chef and Emma Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez and Chef Nicola Blaque of The Jerk Shack.
Featuring hot and cold cebiche, black bean soup with burrata and truffle, and braised oxtail, the menu will reflect Chef Lopez’s and Chef Blaque’s signature styles and highlight the uniqueness of their restaurants and communities. Beverage pairings will also be included with each course.
