Join us for a private wine-tasting experience exclusively for Hotel Emma guests, featuring La Valentía wines. Wine For the People winemaker and founder Rae Wilson — known for her limited-release Texas wines, La Valentía and Dandy Rosé — will be pouring and sharing insights into her craft. Alongside Supper’s General Manager and award-winning sommelier Scott Ota, she’ll guide guests through a tasting of four standout selections: Pét Nat Rosé, Fire Oak Red Blend, Carignan, and the Carignan Blend, all made from 100% Texas grapes.

Guests will also have the opportunity to purchase bottles and be among the first to experience the newest additions to Supper’s wine program.
