It’s time for the next chapter in our Summer Dinner Series, and we’re excited to collaborate with our special guest for the evening, Chef Michael Carranza, owner of Tare omakase restaurant in North Austin. Join us for a welcome bite and cocktail, followed by a one-of-a-kind, Japanese-inspired dinner in Hotel Emma’s Gold Room, complete with drink pairings made with premium Japanese spirits from our partners at Nikka Whisky.
