On March 3, 1897, American whiskey history was made with the signing of the landmark Bottled-in-Bond Act. Today, Hotel Emma is proud to honor that legacy with a special evening celebrating one of the most respected names in bonded bourbon: Old Fitzgerald, produced at Heaven Hill’s heritage Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.

Join us to experience four of the brand’s expertly crafted Bottled-in-Bond expressions:

• Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series 9-Year-Old
• Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series 10-Year-Old
• Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series 11-Year-Old

To accompany the tasting, our culinary team has designed a chef’s choice menu to complement the nuanced flavors of each bourbon.

This special event kicks off inside our Sternewirth bar, and continues in our elegant OAK Room space.
