You’re invited to join us at Hotel Emma for an exclusive culinary collaboration, featuring James Beard Award-winner Thomas Bille of Belly of the Beast (2025 Best Chef: Texas) and our own Supper culinary team. Recognized by the MICHELIN Guide with a Bib Gourmand distinction, Belly of the Beast brings bold Mexican-inspired cuisine and exacting craftsmanship to the table.
In partnership with our friends at LVMH and their Dom Pérignon and Belvedere Maisons, we will begin the evening with passed appetizers, with the progression then continuing through seven courses, thoughtfully paired with celebrated Dom Pérignon vintages and luxurious Belvedere 10.
