Join us as we welcome our friend Houston Eaves, one of our city’s most acclaimed bar directors, for a special tasting exclusively for Hotel Emma Guests. Houston manages bar operations for all of Austin-based Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group’s restaurant destinations at Pearl, including Ladino and Pullman Market’s MICHELIN-Starred Isidore and Nicosi. Houston will be preparing “Nicosi Artillery Punch” for the occasion, featured on the award-winning dessert bar’s current menu, as well as sharing a version of the recipe that can be easily recreated at home.
