You’re invited to a festive evening at Emma as we welcome our friends and partners from WhistlePig Whiskey for a sumptuous holiday pig roast. The night will begin with a signature WhistlePig Old Fashioned before moving into tastings of their 12-, 15-, and 18-year whiskeys, each heralding the craftsmanship, character, and innovation that have made WhistlePig one of the leading independent craft whiskey distilleries in the country.
Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez and the culinary team will present a special pig roast dinner to pair with these exceptional spirits. More details to come!
