We’re excited to introduce “Summer of Spirits,” our brand-new series serving up curated weekly tasting experiences at Sternewirth and special savings at Supper and Hotel Emma at Pearl all summer long!
Held twice per night on Tuesdays and Thursdays on the Sternewirth Mezzanine, these exclusive gatherings highlight a rotating selection of our most highly allocated spirits, from celebrated and historic bourbons to distinctive agave expressions. With just 12 guests per seating, every intimate tasting allows you to explore the storytelling and tradition of craftsmanship behind each pour. Every night begins with a welcome beverage, followed by a guided tasting of three featured spirits for a thoughtful progression that’s approachable, memorable, and worth savoring together.
Guests are also invited to continue the Emma experience with 15% off dinner and complimentary valet parking at Supper, as well as 15% off room rates for overnight stays.
We begin the series with an evening dedicated to our friends at Caballito Cerrero and the traditional agave spirits they’ve crafted for more than 15 generations. The guided tastings (5:30pm and 7:15pm) will feature these signature expressions:
- Caballito Cerrero Azul Blanco
- Our Hotel Emma “Isleta” Single Barrel Caballito Cerrero Reposado
- Caballito Cerrero Azul Añejo
