Every year, Hotel Emma comes together with our San Antonio community to honor Día de los Muertos with food, drink, remembrance, and celebration. We invite you to join us for our annual fiesta, hosted in partnership with Patrón and inspired by the rich and vibrant culinary traditions of this beloved holiday.
The evening begins with passed appetizers and a welcome Patrón margarita before moving through a multi-course menu from the Supper culinary team that features everything from a seasonal root vegetable ensalada to braised short ribs with mole chichilo and pan de muerto for dessert. Each course will be paired with a special Patrón expression, including Hotel Emma’s brand-new single barrel “Hacienda Emma” Reposado.
Guests are also invited to experience Emma’s signature ofrenda display, crafted each year in memory of our hotel’s namesake Emma Keoher and our own family, friends, and loved ones who’ve passed.
