For the sixth consecutive year, Hotel Emma at Pearl has been recognized in the travel platform’s annual Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best as #11 of the Top 25 Hotels in the U.S. and one of just two properties in the state of Texas.

USA TODAY Travel shared the city of San Antonio and historic Hotel Emma at Pearl among their picks for “Unconventional romantic getaway destinations for Valentine’s Day weekend.” The distinctive atmosphere of our hometown was likened to “being in another era.”

The luxury lifestyle publication featured Hotel Emma at Pearl on their list of 11 Last-Minute Valentine’s Day Getaways Across Texas, noting Emma’s richly historic design and Supper’s exclusive menu for a romantic date night.

Hotel Emma at Pearl was recognized across three categories in the U.S. News 2022 Best Hotels Rankings: #1 in Best San Antonio Hotels, #1 in Best Texas Hotels, and #7 in Best USA Hotels, chosen from more than 35,000 properties. Emma also earned a Gold badge designation for our place in the top 10% of the country’s best hotels.

Travel + Leisure readers sang Emma’s praises for the third consecutive year in the publication’s prestigious World’s Best Awards, hailing our historic destination as the #7 Best City Hotel in the Continental U.S.

For the fourth year in a row, the world’s largest travel platform honored Hotel Emma with a place in the top 10 of their Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best, naming Emma as the #5 best hotel in the U.S.

As part of the annual World’s Best Awards, Travel + Leisure readers voted Hotel Emma as the #15 Best City Hotel in the Continental U.S., noting how the Hotel honors its historic past and the cultural personality of San Antonio.
